Business Plan
In 2012 the library conducted focus groups and surveys to identify the community’s needs and how the library might best meet these needs. Using this data, the Library Manager in conjunction with staff and the Library Advisory Board, developed the 2013-2018 business plan that incorporates goals that will provide a blueprint for the library’s future.
