Library Meeting Room Reservation Request

Rooms are available only to Bedford homeowner associations, HEB non-profits, HEB youth organizations and HEB arts organizations to reserve in accordance with the Meeting Room Guideline.

Please complete and submit the form below to request a Library meeting room. Your submission will be reviewed within five (5) business days (not including Library holidays). A Library staff member will contact you within that time to either confirm or deny your request, or to ask follow-up questions.

Reservation requests must be submitted no earlier than 30 days in advance and no later than 48 hours in advance of the meeting date. No more than six (6) reservations are permitted by any one organization in a calendar year.

Your request submission is not confirmation of your reservation. Your reservation is not complete until you have received confirmation directly from Library staff that your request has been approved.
